FIBER REQUIREMENTS:
All fibers must be well skirted and free of felted, damaged or extremely dirty material. Fleeces that contain high levels of vegetation, burrs or other materials that will damage the equipment will not be accepted. All fiber that is unacceptable will be returned to the owner at their expense. Additional requirements are as follows;
Any fiber over 6 inches in length may require cutting, cost of cutting is $5.00 per pound.
YARN: Fibers must be under 4 inches. 2 pound minimum receiving weight.
ROVINGS, BATTS AND SLIVERS: Fibers must be under 6 inches long. 2 pound minimum receiving weight.
FELT: Fibers must be under 6 inches long. 2 pound minimum receiving weight. Not all fibers felt, therefore tightness of felt cannot be guaranteed.
